It is a matter of gratification for me to be a segment of Gourishankar Education Society as a Professor in Pharmacology and Principal of Satara College of Pharmacy, approved by AICTE, PCI and affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Satara College of Pharmacy, since from it’s inception in 1999, has flourished with diploma, degree and post graduate degree course conducted in beautifully constructed three stored building in the vicinity of green hill of Janai-Malai at Degaon, 8 km from Satara city, historical place, at one time maratha empire os Shri. Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and achieved an academic excellence under the dynamic leadership of Chairman, Prof. Madan S. Jagtap. Satara College of Pharmacy has hosted this website with wide spectrum of information about academic program, highly qualified academia supported by efficient and alert administration, skilled non-teaching staff, well equiped laboratory facilities, upto date library, computer room with internet networking and fully grown herbal garden. The basic strong infrastructure also include, museum, spacious lecture halls, auditorium, furnished guest room, canteen and transport system. The information about research activities, training & placement and alumini association is also available on the website which is under constant upgradation. It will be our aim to thrive for high quality education to meet the demand of ever expanding pharmacy profession and to make our institution as one of the best institutions of national and international repute.
